Among other cool things that happened this weekend, my best friend asked to buy my Powerbook. This means that I had to go out and get myself a new laptop. And once again, Apple proved itself to be the coolest company ever by making it so incredibly easy to port over all my files and programs and settings and everything from my old computer to my new one. I booted up the new one, and it was set up just like my old one! Wooooooo!
By the way, there were some image issues with my last post. They hopefully have been solved.
Hilary tagged me with this meme thing, so I s’pose I ought to do it…

In the words of Keanu Reeves, “Whoa.” I have stumbled through my front door after a whirlwind 3,000 miles in 3 days. But it was all worth it, and I’m so happy that I got to spend time with my best friend. And now, my weekend in pictures. Sadly, I don’t know how to make Expression Engine do thumbnails because they keep showing up only as links without thumbails to click on, but the pictures are worth you clicking on them. And now, on with the show!
The two idiots—I mean, travelers! Don’t we look adorable?!?
The beautiful area known as Montana...
We saw this car right outside of the dazzling metropolis known as Billings, Montana. I know you totally want one.
Interestingly enough, Little Bighorn is right off the freeway. We stopped to take a look. It’s actually a bit humbling to realize how many people died there. Here lies Custer.
Driving through Wyoming, you really get a sense of how big our country really is and how gorgeous it can be if we don’t overrun it. Check out this picture of one lone house in the middle of nowhere, situated in the shadow of the Grand Tetons.
So, I have these times when my brain comes up with the Dumbest Questions Everâ„¢, and today was no different—except for the fact that, in honor of Canada Day, this one involved our neighbors in the Great White North.
Here in the U.S., when we go to strip clubs, we usually tuck dollar bills into the G-strings or cleavage of the strippers who are, ahem, performing for us. The thing is… in Canada, they don’t have dollar bills. They don’t even have $2 bills. The smallest denomination they have are $5 bills. For $1s and $2s, they use coins. So the question is… do they tip well and give all the strippers $5 bills, or do they lob coins at the strippers?
Ponder that this weekend.
