Do they get funding for this?
According to one of the European Central Bank board members, eating 400 euro notes is toxic and will kill you due to quantities of poisonous ink. So... they're okay to eat in small quantities? And how do they know that it's 400 notes that'll kill a person, did they feed euro notes to someone until they keeled over?
